Radisson Meetings sought a distinctive and engaging way to present their brand’s capabilities to clients, leading to the development of a custom video box presenter. This unique solution featured a hinged shelf design and a 7″ HD IPS screen, tailored specifically to accommodate the Rocket Book within an A5 landscape format. With dimensions of L240mm x W190mm x D40mm, the box was designed to be both compact and functional.
The box’s design reflected Radisson’s commitment to delivering professional and memorable experiences. Its sleek, modern look ensured it was not only a presentation tool but also a statement piece, perfectly aligned with Radisson’s brand values. The thoughtful integration of the Rocket Book further enhanced its practicality, making it an essential tool for client presentations.
Integrated Technology
The video box was carefully designed to blend style with practicality. A hinged shelf provided an organised space for the Rocket Book, which was stored neatly beneath it. This design choice ensured a clean and uncluttered presentation, enhancing the overall user experience.
On the top of the shelf, important information was prominently displayed, including a QR code for easy scanning. This feature allowed recipients to quickly access additional digital content, further enriching the interactive experience. The box itself, printed in full color with a matte lamination, conveyed a sense of luxury and quality that resonated with Radisson’s premium brand image.

The final product, produced in a run of 1,200 units, served as a highly effective tool for Radisson Meetings to engage with their clients. The inclusion of 1,000 Rocket Books, each printed in two colors, added a practical and memorable element to the overall presentation.
